The practice acts for landowners and developers and funding institutions in offering advise on the sale, acquisition and valuation of residential development opportunities throughout the southern half of Wales stretching from Chepstow in the east to Haverfordwest in the west and as far north as Brecon.

The practice has been involved in the transaction of in excess of 1,000 acres of residential development land since 1991 and is recognised as a reputable professional consultancy to clients in the field of residential development.

In addition the practice works with landowners and developers in promoting land for future development through the development plan process. This could entail entering into planning agreements with the developer by way of options or conditional contracts. Such projects can take many years to come to fruition and the practice have been involved in successful promotions in many areas throughout South Wales including Newport, Cardiff, Brecon, Llantrisant, Swansea and Carmarthen.
